Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

 

If you receive your order and it is damaged please reach out to us immediately via our "Contac Us" button or email us at foreverfletchdesigns@gmail.com with photo proof of damages so we can send you a replacement or a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case by case basis. We are NOT responsible for stolen items and/or items not received and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect all orders upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item/items is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

  • All of our products are non-returnable. 

Exchanges

  • We do not officer returns. 

Refunds 

  • We do not offer refunds. IF the product is damage IN TRANSIT we then offer replacements or store credit.
